Tussu® JYWQ, JBWQ, and JPWQ series automatic agitation sewage pumps are based on standard sewage pumps but incorporate an automatic agitation device. This device rotates with the motor shaft, generating powerful agitation forces that turn accumulated sediment in the sewage pit into suspended matter, which is then drawn into the pump and discharged. This design enhances the pump’s anti-clogging and discharge capabilities, enabling simultaneous drainage, sludge removal, and desilting while reducing operating costs; it is a highly advanced and practical environmentally friendly product. Note: JYWQ and JBWQ are standard automatic agitation sewage pumps; JPWQ features an internal circulation cooling system with a stainless steel outer jacket.
Key Features of JYWQ Submersible Automatic Agitation Sewage Pumps
- Utilizes the pump’s own discharge pressure to agitate and mix settled sludge within the sewage pit, effectively ensuring the complete removal of accumulated sediment.
- Features a large-passage, anti-clogging hydraulic design that significantly enhances solids-handling capability; it can effectively pass fibrous materials up to five times the pump inlet diameter and solid particles with diameters up to approximately 50% of the inlet diameter.
- Optimized design and motor selection ensure high efficiency and significant energy savings. An oil-water probe installed in the oil chamber provides comprehensive protection for the pump.
- The pump features a compact structure and small footprint, making it easy to transport and install. It operates while submerged, eliminating the need for a dedicated pump house and thereby reducing construction costs.
- Can be equipped with a fully automatic safety control cabinet to provide comprehensive protection against leakage (water and electricity), overload, and overheating, enhancing operational safety and reliability. The motor can utilize a water-jacketed external circulation cooling system to ensure safe operation even in dry-running conditions.
- A float switch automatically controls pump start/stop operations based on water level fluctuations, eliminating the need for manual monitoring.
- A dual-rail automatic coupling installation system greatly simplifies pump installation and maintenance. Two installation methods—fixed automatic coupling and mobile free-standing—are available to suit various application requirements
Structural Features
1. Features a unique dual-channel, non-clogging impeller structure that improves the flow capacity for sewage and debris, as well as overall discharge performance.
2. The automatic agitation device generates powerful mixing forces, turning pit sediment into suspended matter that is drawn into the impeller and discharged, effectively performing desilting functions.
3. A partition plate divides the base into two sections, ensuring that the agitation and water intake processes do not interfere with each other.
4. Employs a double-face mechanical seal submerged in an oil chamber, ensuring safe and reliable pump operation.
5. A hydrodynamic seal utilizing an auxiliary impeller structure serves a dual purpose: it acts as a secondary seal to protect the mechanical seal and balances axial forces to extend bearing lifespan. 6. The pump’s wiring chamber is equipped with a leakage detection probe; if leakage occurs, the probe sends a signal to the control system to protect the pump. Our company can also supply a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet.
7. The motor stator utilizes Class B or Class F insulation and features a built-in thermal protector; if the motor overheats due to overload, the protector activates immediately to ensure complete protection for both the pump and the motor.
8. An oil-water probe is installed in the oil chamber; if the mechanical seal fails and water enters the chamber, the probe sends a signal to the control system to protect the pump.
9. The JPWQ model features an internal circulation cooling system, ensuring the pump operates normally even at low water levels in the sump.
