The full moulds of this Stainless steel submersible sewage pump is opened by ourselves. This product is casted by the stainless steel material integrally and the pump shell and impeller are precision casted by stainless steel material as well. The enough thickness ensure the pump has an excellent effect on corrosion resistance, acids and alkali resistance. Material:

Pump Case:
Whole 304 cast SS pump case, the thickness is much thicker than normal stamping or stretch case. Adopting hollow out and frame design at the inlet, to get the greatest extent of water inflow.

Mechanical Seal:
Adopting carborundum & alloy mechanical seal, double-end type with national patent certificate; Use fluoro rubber “O” rings to extend service life

Motor:
Adopting 100% copper with low energy consumption cold rolled steel, ensure the pump with powerful performance.

Rotor & Bearing:
Using high precision 304/316 SS rotor spindle, process with anti-corrosive moisture-proof on the surface; Install 2 NSK bearing to ensure the stability.

Impeller:
Channel impeller also called close impeller, casting with SS 304/316 SS material, suitable for pumping the liquid with large particles and fiber. It’s characteristic is non clog and over-current capacity.

Q2: What type of impeller is best suited for heavy sewage with large solids?

A: We offer two primary impeller designs based on your media type:

  • Vortex Impeller: Best for liquids containing long fibers, hair, and stringy materials. The impeller creates a whirlpool effect that pulls solids through without direct contact, minimizing clogging.

  • Non-Clog Semi-Open Impeller: Best for high-flow efficiency and handling spherical solids (up to the rated outlet diameter size).

  • Note: For extreme environments with rags or heavy textiles, we can customize a stainless steel cutter mechanism at the pump inlet.

A: Yes, absolutely. Our pumps feature industrial-grade, heavy-duty motors with Class F or Class H insulation and an IP68 protection rating. They are designed for continuous submersion and continuous duty cycles (S1). The surrounding wastewater acts as a natural coolant, keeping the motor temperature regulated during prolonged operation.

Q4: How does the dual mechanical seal protect the pump from burning out?

A: Our pumps utilize a tandem dual mechanical seal system housed in an isolated oil chamber. The outboard seal prevents wastewater from entering the oil chamber, while the inboard seal prevents oil from entering the motor. This dual-barrier protection drastically reduces the risk of water ingress into the motor winding, which is the #1 cause of pump burnout in competitor models.

Q5: What are the temperature limits for the liquids being pumped?

A: Our standard stainless steel submersible pumps can handle fluids up to 40℃ (104℉). However, if your project involves boiler water blowdown, food processing washdowns, or hot chemical discharge, we can provide customized high-temperature configurations that safely operate in fluids up to 90℃(194℉) by utilizing specialized Viton seals and high-temperature bearings.
