WQ Non-Clog Submersible Sewage Pump

Tussu® WQ series non-clogging submersible sewage pump features excellent energy efficiency, anti-tangling and non-clogging capabilities, as well as automatic installation and control functions. Unlike traditional designs, the impeller utilizes a single- or dual-channel configuration—resembling a curved pipe with a uniform cross-section—which ensures superior flow characteristics. When paired with a well-designed volute casing, this results in high efficiency; furthermore, the impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing tests to ensure vibration-free operation.

WQ Non-Clog Submersible Sewage Pump Features

• Utilizes a unique single- or dual-vane impeller structure that significantly enhances solids-handling capacity, allowing for the effective passage of fibrous materials up to five times the pump inlet diameter and solid particles with diameters up to approximately 50% of the inlet diameter.
• The mechanical seal employs a new type of hard, corrosion-resistant tungsten-titanium material, enabling safe, continuous operation for over 8,000 hours.
• Features a compact, space-saving design with low noise levels and significant energy efficiency. It is easy to maintain and eliminates the need for a dedicated pump house, as it operates while submerged, thereby greatly reducing construction costs.
• Tussu® WQ Submersible sewage pump is equipped with a high-precision, anti-interference leakage detection sensor in the oil chamber and thermal protection elements embedded in the stator windings to automatically protect the motor.
• Can be equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet to provide protection against leakage, electrical faults, overload, and overheating, thereby enhancing product safety and reliability.
• A float switch automatically controls pump startup and stop based on liquid level changes, eliminating the need for manual monitoring and ensuring ease of use.
• The WQ submersible sewage pump can be fitted with a dual-rail automatic coupling installation system, making installation and maintenance simple and convenient.
• Offers two installation options: a fixed automatic coupling system and a portable free-standing system.
