WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pump (Stationary Installation)

Tussu®WQ series stationary submersible sewage pump is a new-generation product developed to suit domestic operating conditions. It features excellent energy efficiency, anti-tangling and non-clogging capabilities, as well as automatic installation and control functions. Unlike traditional designs, the impeller utilizes a single- or dual-channel configuration—resembling a curved pipe with a uniform cross-section—which ensures superior flow characteristics. When paired with a well-designed volute casing, this results in high operational efficiency; furthermore, the impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing tests to ensure vibration-free operation.

 WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pump (Stationary Installation) Features

• Features a unique single-vane or dual-vane impeller design that significantly enhances solids-handling capability; it can effectively pass fibrous materials up to five times the pump inlet diameter and solid particles with diameters up to approximately 50% of the inlet diameter.
• The mechanical seal utilizes a new type of hard, corrosion-resistant tungsten-titanium material, enabling safe, continuous pump operation for over 8,000 hours.
• Compact overall structure, small footprint, low noise, and significant energy efficiency; easy to maintain and requires no dedicated pump house—it operates while submerged, greatly reducing construction costs.
• Equipped with a high-precision, anti-interference water leakage sensor in the seal oil chamber and thermal elements embedded in the stator windings to provide automatic motor protection.
• Can be equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet to provide protection against leakage, electrical faults, overload, and overheating, thereby enhancing safety and reliability. Suitable for operation across the entire head range without risking motor overload.
• A float switch automatically controls pump start and stop based on liquid level changes, eliminating the need for manual monitoring and ensuring ease of use.
• The WQ series can be fitted with a dual-rail automatic coupling installation system, making installation and maintenance simple and convenient.
• Offers two installation options: a fixed automatic coupling system and a portable free-standing system.

 WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pump (Stationary Installation) Operating Conditions

• Suitable for operation at a rated voltage of 380V and a power frequency of 50Hz.
• Medium temperature ≤ 40°C; medium density ≤ 1150 kg/m³; pH value between 5 and 9.
• Altitude ≤ 1000 meters; medium viscosity ≤ 1000 cP.
• Must be fully submerged during operation, with a maximum submersion depth of 10 meters.
• Primarily constructed from cast iron; not suitable for use with highly corrosive media.
