How is Hydraulic Submersible Slurry Pump Installation and Operation?

Installation Steps

First make sure that the excavator has installed the hydraulic pipeline to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed.
Remove the bucket and connect the hydraulic sediment pump to the excavator arm through the mounting plate.
Connect the oil inlet pipe, oil return pipe, and oil spill pipe. Note: To connect the oil pipe correctly, the oil spill pipe cannot be connected to the oil return pipe in parallel, and must be directly returned to the oil tank.
Install the reamer head, be careful not to reverse it.
Test the machine, if the reamer head is reversed, just switch the two reamers.

Usage Precautions:

Ensure that the system hydraulic oil is pure, less impurities, and has good lubricity, compatibility and stability;
According to the existing hydraulic system pressure, displacement, efficiency, etc., reasonably equip the sediment pump, so that the system can operate normally, and it is not allowed to run over the system load for a long time;
When used together with the excavator, the excavator arm should move lightly and slowly, and it is strictly forbidden to knock or smash it under hard conditions, so as not to damage the pump body;
Select standard hydraulic oil pipes, use the specified bolts and lock them with the specified torque. Unqualified installation will cause failure, damage or oil leakage;

Adjust the working pressure of hydraulic power (excavator or hydraulic station), the oil supply is consistent with the set value of hydraulic equipment, the working pressure of conventional excavators is 30-32 MPa, and the working pressure of hydraulic sediment pump is 25-28 MPa . Make sure that the hydraulic motor operates under safe working pressure.

To debug the hydraulic equipment, the air should be exhausted according to the hydraulic power oil circuit system (there is air in the newly connected oil pipe) to prevent the hydraulic oil supply from having resistance, which is not smooth and the hydraulic equipment moves slowly.
The hydraulic mixing head of the hydraulic sediment pump is installed according to the label and must not be installed in the wrong direction

When the equipment is transferred, the hydraulic oil port should be kept clean to prevent the entry of impurities, etc., which will affect the normal service life of the motor;
