Hydrualic submersible slurry pump Inspection and precautions before installation

Hydrualic submersible slurry pump Inspection and precautions before installation:

  • The operating environment should comply with the provisions of the use conditions.
  • The actual flow rate and head should be consistent with the performance curve. The optimal flow rate range is between 80% and 120% of the rated flow rate; flow exceeding 120% of the rated flow rate may lead to insufficient power.
  • Check whether the assembly quality of the equipment is good, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the hydraulic pipeline is damaged, and whether the hydraulic equipment is installed and fixed reliably.
  • Check whether the starting, control and protection facilities are well prepared.
  • Check whether the oil volume in the oil chamber is appropriate; when the unit is in a vertical position, the oil level should reach the oil filling port, otherwise the turbine oil should be injected to an appropriate amount.
  • ·Before the equipment is activated, check the instruments and controls of the hydraulic power end. If it is a hydraulic station, check the oil level, instruments, oil pumps, motors and other equipment to ensure a good condition before starting.
  • Before starting, start the equipment first to observe whether the pump and agitator are turning correctly. If not, the direction can be corrected by reversing the valve or replacing the motor inlet and outlet oil pipes.
  • Before starting, carefully check whether all interfaces, bolts and other connections are tight.
  • During the operation, always pay attention to the indications of each instrument and the operation of the stirring and suction device. If there is any abnormality, the machine must be stopped for inspection immediately.
  • During the operation, if there is obvious obstruction underwater, the stirring and suction device should be withdrawn to avoid damage to the stirring blade and the suction device.
  • After the unit is operating normally, the pressure, flow and pump vibration of the power supply hydraulic system should be observed at any time.
    If one of the following situations occurs, the machine should be stopped for inspection immediately:
    1. The working current exceeds the rated current.
    2. When the flow rate is reduced by 20% or the pump is intermittently discharged at the rated head.
    3. When the unit has obvious vibration and noise.
    4. If the pressure of the hydraulic system suddenly increases or decreases, the sand pump should be removed to check whether there is blockage or leakage. The working temperature of the hydraulic system is generally controlled between 30~80°C.
  • If the oil temperature of the hydraulic system is too high, it will cause: the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will decrease, which may cause leakage and reduce efficiency; the strength of the lubricating oil film will decrease, which will accelerate the wear of the machinery; carbide and sludge will be generated; oil oxidation will accelerate, and the oil quality will deteriorate;
  • oil seals and high-pressure hoses will age prematurely, etc.
  • In order to avoid excessive temperature; do not overload for a long time; pay attention to the radiator and the heat sink not to be contaminated by oil to prevent dust from adhering to the heat dissipation effect; maintain sufficient oil volume to facilitate the circulation and heat dissipation of the hydraulic oil;
  • do not operate all day in the hot summer, and avoid the high temperature time at noon.
  • When the hydraulic oil temperature is too low, its viscosity is large, the fluidity is poor, the resistance is large, and the working efficiency is low;
  • when the oil temperature is below 20°C, violent operation is easy to damage the hydraulic motor, valve, pipeline, etc. At this time, warm-up operation is required, that is, the system is operated at no load for 3 to 5 minutes, and the hydraulic oil temperature is raised before working.
  • When the operation is stopped and the equipment needs to be disassembled, the interface of the oil pipe must be strictly blocked and protected, and it is strictly forbidden to soak in water, sand and other debris.
  • When the operation is stopped for a long time, pay attention to the covering and protection of the equipment.
