When using a hydraulic submersible slurry pump in conjunction with an excavator, the following steps should be followed:
Installation and Connection
Ensure the pump is properly installed and securely mounted on the arm or connection point of the excavator. For example, our pump comes with a dedicated mounting bracket designed to fit the specific excavator model precisely.
Ensure the hydraulic hoses are properly connected and tightened to prevent any leaks.
Positioning the Excavator
Position the excavator in a stable and convenient location near the area where the grout needs to be pumped.
Assuming the work site is on a slope, ensure the excavator is positioned in a way that maintains balance and stability during the pumping operation.
Power and Startup
Start the hydraulic system of the excavator to power the pump.
Check the control panel or control levers, and adjust the pump’s speed and flow rate as needed.
In some cases, you may have multiple settings or valves to control the pump’s performance based on the characteristics of the grout.
