The hydraulic submersible slurry pump is installed to realize long-distance pipelines and maximize work efficiency. It can also be equipped with a hydraulic station and agitator for work.
Features:
1. The bottom of the pump carries a stirring device, and can be equipped with two or variable independent agitators, which can prevent large pieces of fixed material from silting up the pump and fully mix solids and liquids, making it easier to handle.
2. The pump can handle solid matter with a maximum particle size of 150mm, and the solid-liquid absorption concentration can reach more than 70%.
3. The device is mainly installed on the excavator. The power is provided by the excavator hydraulic station, which can realize free movement. The power source is a diesel engine, which can solve the problem of power inconvenience during construction in remote areas.
4. Current-passing parts: the pump casing, impeller, guard plate, and stirring impeller are all made of high chromium alloy. Other materials can be customized by nurses.
5. Use a unique sealing device to eliminate the need for switch seals and improve work efficiency.
